On a catchy reggae track perfect for summer, Skarra Mucci invites his long-time friend Yaniss Odua, with whom he previously scored the hit “Raggamuffin School”, which has now reached several million streams. Skarra Mucci sets the bar very high with this first single, heralding an excellent new album !

🇫🇷 Le MC jamaïcain Skarra Mucci est de retour avec un nouvel album prévu pour la rentrée et dévoile un premier extrait intitulé « Roots Rock Reggae ». Sur un reggae entraînant parfait pour l’été, Skarra Mucci invite son ami de longue date, Yaniss Odua avec qui il avait déjà signé le hit « Raggamuffin School » totalisant à ce jour plusieurs millions de streams. Skarra Mucci place la barre très haute avec ce premier single qui annonce un excellent nouvel album !

🇬🇧 Skarra Mucci is a Jamaican born artist. With constant changes between Soul, Gospel, Reggae – Dancehall, Rap and R&B his talent is incomparable and his endless lyrical flow and creativity make his style unique and they gave him the title of the Dancehall President.

Skarra Mucci performed around the globe and has shared stages with the most known voices on this planet with a lot of great featuring with artist like Beenie Man, Dub inc, Yellow Man, Mad Professor with hits like: Greater than great, My Sound, Life So Rich, Dreader Than Dread, Bonx It Pon Me, Movie Star and many more.

He released 6 albums already his debut solo album Rise & Shine, followed by 912 a.k.a. Hot Like Fire In 2009, and a crossover Hip-Hop album in 2010 called Skarraschizzo. In march 2012 he released his big called Return of the Raggamuffin that was crowned number 1 in all Europe above Sean Paul and many more Giants in the business. May 2014 it’s the release of “Greater Than Great” one of the best selling album in 2014 with the award of the best dancehall album in france.

In January 2015, the label Undisputed Records takes over the management of Skarra Mucci with some severals projects like the new album “Dancehall President” Release with a special latin Edtion for Spain & South America and many releases on vinyl like the hit track made with the entourloop crew who is reaching 8 Millions of views on youtube.

Skarra Mucci is just unstoppable, with strings of hits, creative videos and his generous live performance combined with his unique voice, made him the best raggamuffin performing in this time. 🇫🇷 SKARRA MUCCI est originaire de Kingston et enregistre son premier morceau à l’âge de 9 ans pour le célèbre producteur Harry J. C’est avec ce single qu’il explose dans toute l’ile, l’artiste va ensuite enchainer les soundsystems en Jamaïque et parfaire ainsi son style incomparable !

Fin des années 1990, l’aventure musicale pousse le Jamaïquain à venir en Europe et c’est avant tout sur la scène reggae suisse qu’il va s’imposer, grâce à l’énorme hit Bonx It. Puis vient le succès en solo sur la scène allemande avec la sortie de son premier album « Rise & Shine » en 2008. Il sort ensuite une floppée de singles devenus de véritables classiques, qui tournent en permanence dans les sound systems du monde entier. Deux hits qui vont rapidement faire de lui l’un des chanteurs les plus versatiles de sa génération.
